I just want to use FO4edit to modify the perk requirements of a weapon, for example if I wanted to change the pipe pistol powerful automatic receiver requirement from Gun Nut 2 to Gun Nut 3, or even make it Hacker 4. Is it possible to make wearing a particular article of clothing a requirement for crafting something(like needing to wear a mechanic's jumpsuit for crafting a flamer mod)?
