CTD when entering Inn

[Arkenway]

Hello everybody, I've recently bought a new PC and decided to play some modded Skyrim again. So brand new PC, brand new Skyrim (Oldrim) installation, brand new character etc... I'm a somewhat experienced modder, I use LOOT and made sure my load order was alright. However, my game keeps crashing when I enter Braidwood Inn in Kynesgrove and it's a bit annoying. I do have Perseid's Inns and Taverns mod installed as I used it in the past with no issues.
