mackface
I've searched repeatedly for this ... but have been unable to find a mod that allows you to simply CRAFT your own mannequins, and place them where you want 'em.Now, I'm no modder ... so no point telling me to make my own (unless there's some way to simply "copy-n-paste" them). But I love collecting full sets of armor from all my conquered/defeated enemies (as I do in FO4). And it's a constant source of frustration that no player home I've tried ever seems to have enough mannequins. To my (admittedly ignorant, in this area) mind, it seems a simple task. So ... anyone up to the challenge? :yes:By the way ... a HUGE and grateful tip-of-the-hat to all you amazingly talented and dedicated modders. You make these games SO much more fun! SeraphimKensai
Mannequins in this game are actually a race, and thus an NPC. That said, you'd more than likely have to summon them in with a custom script to make it so that it is persistent and also doesn't move. (Yeah its possible to make moving mannequins and they are kinda creepy.)
mackface
Really!? Wow, that's ... odd. (To me, at least.) Is it nonetheless "doable", and worth leaving in as a mod request?(Then again ... if no one has made such a mod by now, I guess it's either not a popular idea, or too impractical to work on.)Thanks for your reply, SeraphimKensai. SeraphimKensai
It's doable, but there might not be a lot of interest. You can boot up a custom player home in the CK that adds mannequins and see how they get them to work, and then use that knowledge on your own mod to make a summonable one.
