Sliding Actors?

Ok. So i had an older version of sse running fine with tons of mods. It broke after a mod messed something up and wouldn't work right after removing it. Had to redownload SSE which is updated. Then had to update mods for the version. Now whenever i put mods in and play i get sliding stiff board actors. I've used fnis to generate behaviours. Messed around with different load orders and rebuilt behaviours each change and test. Still no difference.i can't figure out what the problem is and hoping someone can help.

Im sure the load order may be off but im I've tried all sorts of moving them around and this is where it's presently at and nothing I've tried has helped it any. I would appreciate any help on getting the issues fixed.
