tokyobiohazard
Cecilia felt tickled as Koralina's emotions flowed through her. She smiled at first, then began to giggle as her dragon's happiness floated through her body. She felt light, weightless, even. Just wait, you'll be able to hunt once we get outside. You're about as big as a cat, but watch out for dogs. If you're lucky, you can kill a rat. Cecilia managed to say through her giggling, "I suppose we should head for Ellesmera. The elf queen would be displeased if Koralina's existence was kept from her."
AurianaValoria1
At last, Koralina finished, her belly distended farther than her legs. She looked up at Cecilia and the other two-legs, eyes half-closed in satisfaction. Two-legs gives Koralina food...is friend. Two-legs goes with us? Flipout6
Koralina's mind touched Thorand's again, and asked if he would go with them. He was more than a little taken aback."I was planning on going to Teirm to meet up with my family.... But I suppose I could go with you guys. It's not been arranged, it was going to be a surprise. So, sure." He smiled at Koralina, and then looked at Cecilia. "And besides, I've never been to Du Weldenvarden."
BaldurAnthology
Byron took his pipe out of his mouth. "Is that so? Well, Ah guess that Ah dinnae have anythin to do right now." He pulls a lever on the wall, and he and his chair go up the tower. He lived at the very top, as he liked being close to the sky during the summer. He changes from his relaxing and brewing clothes to his armor, and goes down the lift again, retrieving his bag from the wall. "Well? Ye comin or what? VOLTAIR!" His magic Warhammer flies off the wall plaque, narrowly missing a customer, and flying towards him. Without looking, he catches it behind him, spins it around a few times, then slams it into the holder he designed on his back, slings on his pack and starts walkin towards the entrance. "Hilda! Mind the place while I'm gone, will ya!" The matronly woman behind the bar nods, and he looks at the woman. "Comin or what?"
Sherentine
"I certainly am. I-" Before Savantra said another word, she remembered the social tonight. Waving the thought away from her mind, she settled on going after these.. bandits.I have bigger jewels to polish. Making sure she had all of her money and trinkets on her, she turned and faced the dwarf. "And what am I to call you, dwarf? Byron was it? I need to go to my own home for a moment or two, to dress in proper raiment for this trek. Meet me at the outskirts of town." With that, she walked out of the tavern and down the road, the faintest bit of twilight beginning to settle in. As she walked and made a right turn further into town, a pair of swallows flew over her head and spiraled towards a large carved house in a more residential district. The swallows circled the manor house and flew off atop the trees with a chirp on the wind. Savantra climbed the steps to her manor house and unlocked the door, opening up to a foyer adorned with finery. She climbed up the staircase before her and turned to the left down a corridor, panels of sunlight flooding in down the hall through the windows. A wooden door at the end of the corridor opened to a rather opulent bedroom chamber with bottle green drapery and chestnut bed framing. Savantra opened up her wardrobe and placed the trinket she had bought in one of the nooks after undressing from her previous attire, folding them up neatly and placed them next to the wardrobe for washing. She turned and opened up a large cabinet where her dark flexible and light armor was, perfectly suited to enhance her set of skills. She donned her armor piece by piece, and ended with her leather gauntlets. Securing her armor in place, Savantra grabbed her bow and quiver which she had polished recently. Her bow was, like herself, ornate and lavish, but deadly. "Oh.."Before going out the door, Savantra grabbed a hood and placed it over her flaming hair before examining herself in the mirror. She paused and adjusted her small pauldrons so that they were less bulky. With that, she set off out the door and towards the outskirts of the city. BaldurAnthology
Byron went to the edge of town, and waited impatiently for the woman to show up. He chatted to Ornthrond as he did so, and told him with his mind of all the adventures he had gone on with Rhaine Alcinea and all the other party members in Faerun. He sighed. He missed his friend Caladus, and Ianthe's dim humor. He hoped he would be able to see them again at some point.
mythicdawnmaster
Marcelle slowly descended the stairs of her mansion, humming a tune as she touched each step with her feet. She reached the bottom and looked around the hallway, it was quiet... "Here Jormungand! Jormunganr! Come here my baby..." She said, spotting the creature slither into the kitchen. She walked the hallway, her heels click-clicking upon it's polished wooden surface. She walked into the kitchen and smiled as she spotted her pet. It was a huge Serpent, and it was just slithering around, exploring the place. "Aww, come here, we need to go and get you some food don't we?" She said, crouching down, the great snake slithering up her arm, and coiling itself around her shoulders. She left the estate, locking the ornate door behind her, and proceeding out of the grounds. She walked slowly, talking to the snake Jormungand as she went, approaching the town, seeing a dwarf and a hooded woman in the distance.
Sherentine
Savantra jogged towards Byron, slowing as she came within distance of him. "Ready to go?" She called out, mentally check-listing that she had everything with her. Out of the corner of her eye, she noted what appeared to be one of the town socialites judging by her fine clothing that she must not have met. She quickly adjusted her hood so that it hid her face, and trotted ahead of Byron as she led the way out of town to the south-west towards the mouth of the lake. Oh, if any of my colleagues saw me like this, my reputation would begin to rot.. Edited July 19, 2012 by Sherentine
BaldurAnthology
Byron followed the woman, running a bit to compensate for the leader's longer legs. He called out "Oy! You! Ye ne'er told me yer name! If Ah am gonna travel with someone, ah like to know who they are!" He ram faster to draw even with the red headed woman. "Ah do expect an answer." Ornthrond held on to the plates of the armor, enjoying the feel of wind rushing past his scales. Rafiki left the inn, and began wandering again. He would turn up somewhere, and when he did, something great was bound to happen. It always did.
tokyobiohazard
"I'm sure you'll like Du Weldenvarden. The spirits of my people are still very high lately. You may even catch a celebration or two." Cecilia said with a smile. She offered the blanket to Koralina. You'll probably want to sleep off all that food. And the people of the town probably will want to see you, but we don't want to attract bad people. We'll wrap you up, so you can rest while we get out of here.
