FWE shotguns are really messed up.

I don't know if anyone is having these reloading issues with the FWE shotguns but here is mine.

 

 

This pumpaction shotgun I have has reloading animations similar to the mesmetron which looks nothing remotely similar to putting the shells manually in the bottom. Invisible shells are inserted in the top and when the gun jams I twist an invisible dial that doesn't exist.

 

Then I have this widow maker shotgun which is a double barrel break action shotgun. Now instead of it reloading similarly like a sawed off shotgun it reloads like a 10mm submachine gun. It doesn't even make sense at all.

 

The pancor jackhammer is the only one with no ironsights.

Medenutcracka - Hello!

 

As regards FWE shotguns, I don't use FWE so I don't know how those specific animations look with that mod.

 

However, Fallout 3 has limited animation slots available for weapons so if a mod replaces an animation it can have knock on effects for any other mod that also changes that animation.

 

So if you use more than one weapons mod it's possible that you've overwritten FWE's animations causing strangeness.

 

If you use an animation replacer that affects weapons animations, that can also cause the same issue.

 

You can make sure you are using FWE's animations by going back to the original FWE download & extracting the animations from that & placing them into your animations folder by hand.

 

The animations will be .kf files like 2hareloadf.kf etc.

 

You place them into:

 

Fallout 3\Data\Meshes\Characters\_male

 

You should find FWE's versions in the original archive packed in that location.
