Take Prisoners

I was wondering if somebody could whip up a small little mod for me. I'm looking for a mod where after a hostile NPC is knocked down you can bind them and force them to follow you as a sort of "pseudo follower." I'm only really asking for 3 small functionalities on them.

1. Inventory Management - so I can still rob their loot
2. Being able to make them stand where you tell them
3. "Untie" - This would preferably send the NPC scrambling off back to their source cell, and upon returning they would regain their hostile to player status (but only then, I would want them passive to the player on the way back)

This is so I can perform my twisted machinations and set up elaborate scenarios where I do silly stuff like Fus Ro Dah Bandits off the throat of the world. I need them semi-cooperative for that

I would prefer the capturing to be an interact prompt, but I would also be fine with a "Subdue" spell or something of that nature. I really only want this to work when they are on the ground though, like on the verge of death. I don't want to be able to subdue fully HP enemies.

I am not looking to turn them into allies who fight alongside you, I just want to maximize my cruelty to my victims xD Why shoot them with an arrow when you can have a little fun? I play without followers so I am not deeply concerned if this impacts the follower system, but if it was made friendly with it, then all the better.

Additionally it would be cool if when you have a prisoner you can go up to a Guard in a hold and select an option to "Turn in Prisoner" - removing them from your company and giving a meager amount (25-50) gold for your troubles. Maybe even with support for hold jails. However I would be fine if none of this was in the mod, this is just an extra idea for flavour.
