M'aiq the most powerful character in the game?

I think that M'aiq the Liar is the most powerful character in Skyrim. Think about it. He can teleport through vast distances, has eternal wisdom to share and he is practically unkillable. I would say that M'aiq should become the 10th divine (or 9th if you don't like daddy Talos).

I have a far different take on this bastard !!, i would kiss the feet of anyone who could come up with some way of ridding the game of this completely, useless annoying character, the number of times i go to certain areas where conflicts occur or getting ambushed, who's there ?, bloody muggins himself, three characters that really get my goat up, Public Enemy No 1...M'aiq, followed by Balbus another useless character then that mad woman running around accosting you about going to the Blue Palace.
