scottym23
So I bought fallout 3 a while ago and enjoy it a lot. Since there was a sale on steam however for the goty edition being only $11.99 atm, I decided to buy that one since it would either cost the same if not more to just buy the dlc separately. This has caused a tremendous amount of unforeseen trouble however. The first is that when I start up fomm and try to launch fose from it, an error message pops up saying i'm using the retail version of fallout and should update my game at bethsoft.com. My goty edition was just bought and I know it's got the latest update. It seems to be reading my older version of fallout and not the goty edition. Also when I run the goty edition without fomm and just through steam, it doesn't load my mods. It's really frustrating and just want my mods and fomm to transition over to my goty edition version. Can someone help?
Farques
Maybe try patching it, see if that does anything.
