Draakon Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 (edited) So, right. I recently decided to start playing Skyrim again, bla bla bla (the usual story here). Now, when I tried to play even vanilla (no mods), the shadows/lighting was all screwed up in my game. This was not the case back in November (when the game was released) when I last time I played this. Bear in mind, my computer back then (and still does/is) was fairly old and had a constant FPS between 20-25. And this problem is not only inside Helgens Keep, it's practically everywhere. Even outside, during the cart ride to Helgens or running inside the keep from the dragon at the start, the shadows are flickering all over he place. So, does anybody have any recommendations what to do? If turning shadows off in the .ini file is the only way, then so be it, but I would really like to know some alternatives.
