Huge dwemer tower near Bloated man grotto

HI guys

Im trying to figure out what mod creates this huge dwemer tower LOD I say LOD because when I get closer the building disappears, it's not there.

I unfortunatly can't get closer than this before it disappears.

I must have uninstalled it a long time ago but I have done allot of searching and can't find the mod in my download history.
