This is my first time doing a big mod list - load order, and now I am getting no voice from npc's. Can someone look over my lists and see if anything here is causing it?

I took a look at my ini it seems I have Skyrim-Voices.bsa. Yours has soundvoice.bsa (not sure if it is difference as our ini files do differ slightly) after doing some digging myself perhaps this file is missing? You could verify integrity of game after that this thread had some suggestions.

Namely I would try this method after verifying game integrity

 

  • Go to your Documents > My Games > Skyirm.
  • Delete the file Skyrim.ini
  • Open the default launcher and allow the game to configure again.
