Loads game to menu but nothing apears

I recently reinstalled the Requiem For The Capital Wasteland v9b(its the lastest version i had on my pc if theres a new version well idk where to get it, my load order is

If i put fallout3esm fist the game crashes when i t gets to the menu on nv at the top it doesn't crash it only just shows nothing.

fallout3.esm has to be first in load order. Check the mods you downloaded because anything that changes the fallout 3 environment will crash the game. Sadly, the mod has been shut down for a stupid reason. I would say try moving moreperks to the end of the load order since it might conflict with "RFCW_PerkFix.esp". Just do a uncheck mod, load, uncheck mod, load and vice versa until you find the conflict to it :) I hope it helps XD Edited July 23, 2012 by endlessmark

I also used to have that problem.

 

I uninstalled some of my newer mods and it worked.
