ENB?

There could be a more complete answer to that, but basicaly yep, it only affect lighting and colors, how the visual effects are rendered, etc.. it doesn't change any physical objects or textures, though some things can look a little bit different (ie: if you put on pink colored glasses, a white fridge will appear pink, but the fridge itself didn't change at all)

 

Edit: Said like that, It may not be very appealing, but some ENB config realy worth a try, if you don't mind a little performance loss.

On a slightly unrelated note. Has anyone noticed how many enb mods have been released for Skyrim in comparison to Oblivion or Fallout. I seem to see a new enb mod every other day and it seems like a waste as there is no need to have more than one enb mod.
