Consistent CTD in Alternate Start Breezehome

I'm really not sure what's going wrong. Although the title says Breezehome, I've had this issue in many locations, but Breezehome is the easiest to test due to alternate start. I'm getting pretty frustrated, as i have next to no skyrim modding experience.

You'd be better off following a guide for your first time modding, you learn a lot from the process. It's almost impossible to get your own list working when you just start out. I recommend Lexy's LOTD Special Edition and also join their discord. They have very helpful people.
