WoT BaleFire spell script possible?

Hi i am kinda new to modding and was wondering if it would be possible to write a script to act as balefire in the wot books for oblivion? I may have set my self a very hard goal for my first project but its something that i would like to see done. Here are the steps i think i would need to get it done.

 

 

1.The main script

a. A script that holds the damage done to each actor by any other actor in the cell."This is where i am having problems i cant seem to find a function or Variable that holds this number. Ether before it is applied or after."

b. And any actor that has been killed by them

 

2. Give the player the BaleFire spell. This spell would have an scripted magic effect ."This is the easy part here"

a. Kill the target.

b.Balefire effect "To tell the main script to run the Balefire death on that target

 

3. Run the Balefire death part of the main script.

a. Resurrect any actors killed by the actor Balefire death was applied to.

b.Heal the damage done by the now dead actor.

 

 

 

This would be a crude first try at this magic spell i would also like to but a timer in it so that it would hold the damage stored for so long before it dumped it "Balefire burns backwards through time and kill the target."

The stronger the Bailfire used the longer it would go back.But i would be happy just to get the basic script running.If some on could point me the right way it would be most appreciated !
