Is there any way to play vanilla hkx animations in game on NPCs?

I know this is obviously possible, but for the life of me and after many hours reading how to create custom animations for FO4, I cannot find anywhere on how to get these to play in game.

My end goal is to create FO4 videos similar to the quality of Pandamic's DREAM. -

I am able to see all the vanilla animations through the creation kit and having an NPC carry out these animations would be a big step in the right direction. I am aware of player.playidle and playidle commands as well as various pose mods, but that's about it.

One thing I am trying to impliment is the "shotgundeath" animation on an NPC as a starting point. I can see that the animation file itself is a Havok file (hkx) which seem to be an identical file type to other poses that do work on NPCs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The video above seems to be the pinnacle of cinematic Fallout videos and there's stuff in there (like the shooting animations and match cuts on different weather systems which look incredible) that I have no idea how he done. I do know that animated cameras through 3ds max were used, however there seems to be no answer to how these animations are being triggered, by sifting through the comments it seems it revolves around "StartAnimatedCamera.AnimObjectA" - but there's no mention of what to do with this line anywhere on the internet afaik. They must be through the console via playidle commands which is fair enough if I want to create a custom immersive camera (I've seen the tutorial) but what about getting already made vanilla animations acted out by NPCs?

Any tips or insight would be fantastic, thank you!

P.s I do have 3DS max with the HAvok tools set up etc if that helps.
