Mods can't deploy

Hi I can't get my mods to deploy and the YouTube vids dosent give me the info I need or understand. Plz help

Need to put your staging folder on the same drive as your game

If your game is on D:, put that game's mod directory on D: also, like D:\Vortex\Skyrim\Mods. You specify the location in Settings.
