Stuck on new game/ Crash on load

[Soradoodle]

Upon pressing a new game the menu fades and it just sits there forever, and with a load it crashes without any error message. I also noticed during the load that the textures for the i guess loading displays were all white. Don't know if that's important or not but thought i should include it.

 

I had installed a couple of mods and i figure this is all a load order problem. I spent hours trying to tweak it and get it right but now i give up, if anyone has any suggestions i'd be glad to hear it. If i was stupid about something that you see too that'd help a lot. Might be incompatibilities but i tried to make sure not to install things that clash, may have missed something though. Wrye bash says everythings okay as well.
