Topic. To be more lore friendly it can be a reward from Dawnguard questline vampire conclusion (just like the arrows). Such mod is available on oldrim, but not on SSE.

Such a spell is available on SSE. In Synthesis Redux, there's a spell under the illusion list that accomplishes that. It's not linked to a quest or anything however.
