Yeah, I looked through my other converted NIFs, and luckily only the ones from the Cyrodiil Farmhouse Kit had their bounding boxes all misplaced (which is only 7 meshes in total)

 

I essentially did the same thing with the collisions at first (I took the bhkNPCollisionObject off of a pre-war house and put it on a cyrodiilic farmhouse), but obviously, that caused the collision to be a different shape than the visible mesh. I assume that the collision is conformed to the BsTriShapes after they're processed with Elric?

The shape of a collision ist stored in the collision object itself. It will not be recreated by elric.

For FO4 Beth still used 3DSMax 2013 because they had a plugin to export Nifs directly. Since the collision stuff has changed they needed a tool to convert their 'old fashion' Max-generated Nifs to FO4.
