LE Notifier for when you're being targeted by an archer

Especially in requiem, my most common way to die would be by some secret archer that I never even knew was in the area, its kinda frustrating. What the mod im requesting should do is basically just play a sound and/or display a message if an enemy is drawing a bow at me. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could make this :)

Too bad i'm only a designer, not a programmer. But i also hope someone out there can program a feature like this :D
