Stone Skin

I was wondering if it was possible to write a script that would make it so whenever someone hit you it would react as though you were blocking, the weapon would just bounce off of you. Thus the name Stone Skin. I was hoping someone could tell me how to write a script to do this or could post one so I could use it for a custom race.

 

Also I suppose you would need some kind of stone skin shader for the spell. I'm pretty sure someone made a spell that turns people into stone, so i guess you could steal the shader from that to use for the spell.

 

So if anyone is mod savvy enough to make that happen would you tell me? Or if it's impossible could someone else tell me so I know not to keep my hopes up?
