FILTHYNinJaSTEP Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 I have been playing skyrim for a few months with no problems at all, today I downloaded the SKSE Skyrim Script Extender and successfully installed it, I also updated to the latest update, I then played skyrim for awhile perfectly, then I closed it and opened the Nexus Mod Manager(which has its latest update) and I disabled the mod Open cities, and deleted it. Then when I tried to continue from my last save which was a quicksave in riften, it crashed to my desktop with no error message or anything, I then disabled all the mods, and it still wont work, I tried previous save files, even indoor saves. I have searched through the internet for about a hour now, and have not been able to fix it, please help!!!
ledmack Posted July 18, 2012 Posted July 18, 2012 Were you in Riften when you deleted Open Cites? That is the problem if you were. Next time you should exit the city and make a clean save. Then uninstall the mod and delete. Do you have an earlier save not within a city?
