Adds unique lore settlers and Fallout 76 monsters

Hi I am just asking if some talented people can do these mods:

 

1. A mod that adds settlers with lore

 

Good examples are: Recruitable Settlers and Settlers of the Commonwealth.

 

But I have found them all and my settlements have ample space for 20 to 30 more.

SotC was the first that came to my mind when I read the title, but you mentioned that already. No idea if there are any more...

Honestly, I did not buy F076 but I like some of the enemies.

That would be highly illegal. Unless you actually find someone who would redo the models, textures, animations and sounds from scratch. Which is not very likely.

Darkness of the commonwealth has one unique new creature. there is also a giant godzilla type mod. probably others. Maybe select creatures in the mod category search and look through them
