How do I get rid of local content downloaded via the Workshop?

So I'm trying to get rid of Sounds of Skyrim because of the problem I heard they had. I did that mod through the workshop, but I see that the .esp files are still around, which means the other local content is there. How do I get rid of all the local content when I can't see what the local content was?

 

EDIT: Also, I am thinking of changing from the official high res pack and going to Skyrim HD. How to I uninstall the official texture pack and tell it I don't want to hold it anymore?
