There are lots of Voice Acters looking to voice mods, it seems like I'm seeing a thread for it every other day. Hopefully it wont be too much of a problem to voice the new Cicero. (Cicellia, Cicilly, Cici, I dunno...) Alternatively, a somewhat corner-skipping method could be used and just say she's possessed by the real Cicero to a degree and that changed her voice...
