Need help with Frostfall conflict (Xbox)

So, to make this short, my game is locking up constantly(about every 5-30 minutes). It freezes, but sound can still be heard. It never CTD, and I always have to force-close the game. After some testing, I narrowed it down to something involving Frostfall, as when I disable Frostfall in any way(disabling it from the load order, deleting it, or just turning it off in-game) the issue goes away entirely. I assume it's either something conflicting with Frostfall, or just general script overload. Here is my load order:

To be clear, I do not believe that Frostfall is the cause of the freezing, I believe it is a conflict with something else.

 

I posted this on the Bethesda forums, but the only response I got was someone claiming he knew what my issues was, then advertising his Discord server and telling me to join it to get help. I just need help, not an advertisement please.
