LE Mod to make horse 'ney'?

Using Convenient horses and summoning your horse always results in the horse going on its hind legs and neying before you head off.

 

I would like to do this more often, makes me feel uber powerful.

Well, when you're mounted, you can just hit your jump key while stationary to make the horse rear up and make that cool horse sound. I agree, it's cool stuff.
