Peryite the gamebreaker

hello

i've encountered a very weird bug just a few hours ago playing skyrim

all was fine at first.i arrived in dawnstar with my 4 companions and dismissed them in the windpeak inn in order to install the UFO mod and delete multiple followers mod and some others to avoid conflicts

before i did that i got out of the tavern and made a new save

i deactivate some mods and i went in to msave the clean game

as soon as my perfectly good save loaded (the second it loaded i should say without delays), Aspect of Peryite appeard and initiated a conversation and when we were done talking the conversation wouldn't end.it kept reopening so i couldn't move or anything.i tried loading the previous save but same happens. in fact it happens in every save i load regardless of mods used in it or anything.I look on the internet and found that some people have that issue too but couldn't find a solution.i did try console commands to stop the quest and everything but it didn't work

as afterwards Peryite did leave but interaction with NPCs was broken.as soon as i'd initiate the conversation they'd act like i'd stopped it too and walk off with dialogue o'pen and not responding to any choices.

THIS CAN'T BE A MOD ISSUE AS MANY PEOPLE HAVE IT WITH ALL SORTS OF DIFFERENT MODS!

Please can someone help me solve this as i can't play skyrim any longer

i play it a little as it is and i don't want to play a new game all over again.

Can someone like edit all da13 related pex files or something or somehow prevent Peryite from spawning?I don't care if i'm not gonna be able to do the only cure quest i just want to be able to play

(i found out about that quest only when i looked for solutions.had no idea about it before)

once again PLEEEAASSEEEE HELP
