mikesw0315
Here is my load order. I've been playing just fine for about 6 hours or so, and then after reloading the game my start menu and all in-game UI text is missing (ammo count, rad count, pause menu options, and everything in the pip-boy menu). I have tried reinstalling all the mods, completely reinstalling New Vegas, and have run LOOT, FNVEdit, and WyreFlash, none of which show me any issues with load order or missing masters. If I run the game via the default launcher, the issue seems to go away, but the mods I have don't work. However running via NVSE, even with all mods disabled, still is hiding all of my menus. I suspect the problem is UIO, but disabling that on its own does not resolved the problem. Edited January 18, 2019 by mikesw0315

mikesw0315
Please see the wiki "HUD-UI-Menu issues" article. -Dubious-Thank you for that link, it does sound like the issue I'm having. I'll be honest, the finer details went over my head, but it sounds like the install order of the mods matters as well as the load order? If I scrub the mods and reinstall in the correct order it should fix the issue?
dubiousintent
Basically, yes. However, depending upon the mod in question that (re-installing or "overwriting" depending upon how your mod manager works) in the correct order may not be all that is needed. Which is why the detailed info on particular mods is given. Start simple and refer back to the article if you still have issues. -Dubious-
