Fallout 4 CTD when looting

For openers let me apologize in advance if this topic has come up before. I didn't find any help for it when looking it up on the web. My FO4 is already pretty crash prone. But currently literally every time I go to loot it CTDs. This happens without fail. I would love any ideas on how to address this. It is literally forcing me to play Skyrim instead. (which I do not enjoy as much) I can open my map. I can use a fair number of pip-pad/boy functions. But with looting every time it will CTD. Lord knows with 215 mods I could use help with my load order. But I'm not so sure in this case that load order is the cause. Any ideas would be helpful.

System Specs:
Liquid Cooled Intel I7 970 over clocked to 4.9 Gig
32 Gigs of 3000 speed DDR4 RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition 12 Gig
Windows 10 Home with all drivers current

Here's one for the real educated, my load order. If some one is willing would love some help with it.

 

Update Re-installed DEF_UI and that fixed the looting problem. But the game still crashes like mad simply loading games. It has to be something in my load order. But I'm just not educated enough to catch it. I by the way in advance have wiped and rebuilt all of the .ini files. I have run file verification. I have run LOOT and let it set the load order. I have checked with every file that I can think of that does something more than edit npcs or add outfits. The stupid part is at other times it loads just fine. It makes zero sense! I could really use some help.
