scrapping weapons and armor gives mods

it's never made sense that you can't just remove your magazine and silencer and what not from one gun and put it on another. you gotta go though the long process of swapping the mods on one gun (and sometimes you gotta waste materials to craft a worse mod to place the good mod on your other weapon.) you should just be able to scrap the weapon and get any mod that was on it.

if this mod already exists, pls tell me what it's called, bc I can't find any. otherwise I think its a pretty good mod to have
