CTDs Everywhere. Help would be appreciated.

So I finally got Skyrim on PC with the Summer Sale, and I've got my ideal mod list set up. Problem is, I can't play the game without CTDs. Sometimes right off the bat with the load, other times I can play for awhile then CTD, other times it will on in-game loading screens. I'm just clueless. I've went back one-by-one, but still haven't found the actual issues.

WARZONES - Civil Unrest.esm Active

This mod is notorious for causing CTD's. It's just too many scripts in too many places; even monster rigs have reported problems with it.

 

CLARALUX - More and Brighter Lights.esp Active

This caused my onwn game to ctd when I enabled it. And like you, I also had various Lanterns of Skyrim mods. I think the two just aren't compatible.

 

WATER.esp Active

If I remember correctly, this mod has a sizeable list of incompatible mods and required patches. Check the mod page for more info.

 

Carriage1.esp Active

Is this that Animated Carriage mod? That gave me ctds like crazy. Hardly worth it if it is.

 

 

Overall, you're using a lot of mods, which is why its usually advisable to activate them one at a time rather than pile them on when you start the game fresh. Try disabling the above mods and post what happens.

 

EDIT: Oh, I didn't realize you also have SkyRe... I've heard good things about it, but just as many complaints about incompatibility. That's what you really aught to disable first.

Well, thank you Jack. After a few tests it seems it was Warzones. I was ignorant to it's CTD filled history. As of right now, it seems you have helped solve my CTD issues. Thank you so much man.

 

By the way SkyRe really seems to be a great mod. Admittedly I don't have a lot of experience with any of them, but as of now, I'd recommend it.
