Graphical Glitches on Menus and Compass resulting in crashes

Hey everyone, I've been running into this issue for some time now, I have no clue what's causing it and I have no clue how to fix it myself. I was hoping someone here is able to help out?

Been getting these glitches for... maybe the last month or 2? I generally run ~100 mods (LOOT below)

Specs:
GPU: EVGA GTX 780
CPU: Intel i7 6700
Memory: 16GB DDR4 Kingston HyperX
Mobo: ASUS RoG Maximus VIII Hero
PSU: EVGA 600W
