Map For New Worldspace

I have read and tried every tutorial that i could find on the net. I am using windows vista and trying to get a map to work for my new worldspace. I have generated lod's and then used tes4wlod to generate lod textures and a textured map as well as a normal map. I converted the maps to dds and then loaded them in the appropriate folders and then went to construction set and did what the tutorials said but nothing will make the map show up in game. the local maps show up and work but not the main map. All i get is a little square up in the left corner. Every one keeps saying to save the map into Data/ Textures /Menus /Map /World /my world . But Vista has its own path right to Data/Textures/Maps. Needless to say nothing is working.Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
