Bullet Time, VATS and a Controller

Hi everyone,

 

I've got a controller specific query- Is it at all possible to set up Fallout 4 so that I can use both Bullet Time and VATS?

 

I'll be a bit more specific, I would like to use LB to activate Bullet Time as per the mod by registrator2000, and either press and hold LB to use VATS (so press for Bullet Time and hold for VATS) or use the Favourites menu to activate VATS.

 

I've tried using Joytokey to set this up using its shift-key function (I.e. press two controller buttons), however this method will activate both Bullet Time and VATS at the same time, as any mapped button will be performed both normally in-game, and actioned again by joytokey.

 

I've also searched Nexus for a mod that turns VATS into an aid item so that I could use it on the favourites menu when needed, but no luck there either.

 

Is the press/hold function of VATS a mappable/ usable function at all? If so, can it be mapped using FS4E or something else?
