Need Script Help

I am currently working on a new weapon script, that Kills under certain conditions (Is also a chance roll.) The condition being if the Actor is in a certain faction.

 

So, when the chance is a success, everything works, including a message that is supposed to appear, however, the said Actor does not die.

 

It is a creature, so there are multiple appearances of the creature in the game, but I don't think that really matters.

 

If there is something I am missing, then please tell me. I set all the chances appropriately, and used Kill Player as the Command.
