Tekumze Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 I started was dabbling with modding(follower/companion) recently and started by using an existing follower mod that I used in my playthrough. That was on Skyrim (Oldrim) and due to heavy modding I think the 32 bit memory limitations and extensive textures I use started creating problems. I switched to Skyrim SE and modified the mod to work there. No I am considering posting it on Nexus as that mod was not ported yet. When I wanted to ask the owner for permission nexus says the use can't use the messaging system. So what do I do now? I can't as for permission even though I want to. Should I post the mod or not? Any help/ideas are appreciated.
RGMage2 Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Do not post the mod without permission. Try asking for permission on the original mod's comment thread, if the guy is still around he should see it.
