What is this and how do I fix it?

I wanted to report a problem that has occurred to me, some textures disappear and reappear indoors, even the vault 111 elevator does not exist anymore which compromises some missions of the game.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This looks like a mod conflict, where some mod messes up the previs. Try disabling mods until it goes away. Then, after you found the mod which causes this, try moving it further down in the load order. Or try one of those auto-sorting things, like LOOT, maybe it works.
