Michlo
Once again I must caution against completely disabling UAC. This is not a step all users ought to take. Please read my post here. Cheers.

rdoehring
Thanks Everyone for all the great advice. Every little bit helps. You guessed wrong on Dell... which I can understand...I would not touch one of their machines...well...maybe a laptop. My rig is custom from Digital Storm www.digitalstormonline.com Highly recommended if you really want a customized system where the company will work with you on the build. ...and I deactivated UAC 2 seconds after I booted Vista. I don't think Mr Gates needs to dictate to me how I manage my PC. As a MCP (expired), I do have some experience at managing operating system security. I usually am good at troubleshooting a problem like this, and in using Vista since Jan 2007, I have to state this is the first program that has actually created a problem. I guess this will be one of those quirky bugs that will never get answered. I can always play the game on XBox 360...heck, it may look better on my 40" Sony HDTV. Again, Thank You All.
