Does the hooded thalmor robes disguise trick work if you're a vamp

I have an Altmer character I'm planning on making a vampire. Will the hooded thalmor robes disguise still work as well as normal or not?

@Sukid, according to notes/discussion comments on UESP's Diplomatic Immunity quest page,

the Hooded Thalmor Robes will NOT work if you have an Altmer character.

This is somekind of unfixed bug unique to Altmer (High Elves) race characters sorry.

Hooded Thalmor Robes work as a disguise in the Thalmor Embassy for other races; but, only if

you maintain a certain distance from enemies and do not reveal yourself if spotted.

 

I do not know if wearing Hooded Thalmor Robes in the Embassy or elsewhere in Skyrim will conceal that

you are a vampire, especially if you've reached stage 3 or 4, its an interesting idea for a character.

Too bad about the Altmer bug, they have strong racial abilities/powers for playing a wizard.

There are many vampirism mods to consider if you're trying to create cool vampire mage.
