I made a very simple retexture of the Mithra armor from this: https://www.nexusmods.com/monsterhunterworld/mods/777

 

It's not the same thing but maybe it'll tie you over until someone actually imports a Miku model from MMD or something.

 

I'd do it myself, but i hate modeling in Blender.
