Trying to get Live Dismemberment mod + Better Locational damage with patch to work

So I am using

Locational Damage

with a replaced plugin though Unique NPC's

with Live dismemberment
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16400/

that uses a patch to coincide with Locational Damage
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17924

 

 

The problem is when I turn brutality on in Locational damage, it works as intended but it only works on legs with shotguns and laser/plasma rifles whereas Live dismemberment works with many more weapons.
If I disable brutality then it doesnt work and its like live dismemberment isnt activated.

Could anyone help me with this? I have a strong feeling it is the load order or that the live dismemberment patch to coincide doesnt work.
