PonchoSam
I recently (an hour ago) purchased a Turtle Beach X12 headset for use as both my primary mic for game recording and commentary, and also to troll noobs on XBL. I came home to realize that my tv does not have an AV audio output. I didn't realize this until now. My options seem to be to either play xbox on standard definition while using the headset, destroy my AV cable, or get a $20 adapter. I don't want to destroy my AV cable, or play on standard def (horrible!). So I could get the $20 adapter, OOOOR I could use that $20 to get a better headset. The only output that my TV has is an Optical output, and I don't know what that is. So, should I bite the bullet and get the adapter, or is there another headset I could use?
