[suggestion] Modified files should be persisted in dynamic mods, not override existing mods.

Hello!

I'm enjoying Vortex so far. It certainly is an improvement over NNM, and apart from a few roadbumps, it's been a pleasant transition.

Though I noticed one way Vortex could really shine. When I modify a file in my game's Data directory, Vortex conveniently detects this. However, it only gives the options to undo this change, or to commit this change to whatever mod is currently responsible for the file. Neither of these options are great. I want that change, but I don't want to pollute existing mods.

However, It would be awesome if Vortex provided an option to commit that changed file to a new mod (or maybe some specified mod), which would have load preference to all existing mods. This would allow me to...

1. keep all my downloaded mods pristine.

2. Track my manual modifications, and unapply them with ease.

Currently, I'm emulating this by copying all of my changed files into a different directory, then importing that into Vortex. It's a pain, but it's preferable to polluting other mods.

Thank you for reading!
