SSEEdit Fatal: Could not find ini---at wits end

YO! Anyone with this problem. Go to windows security. Virus & Threat protection. Manage Ransomware protection. Allow an app through controlled folder access. Hit the plus sign. Find all the Skyrim relevant stuff windows has been blocking and let em thu bois.

 

May not work for everyone but helped me out.

So I also had this issue, but it came up after I uninstalled skyrim to wipe the files and start fresh to fix a few things, the thing is I didn't wipe the my games/ skyrim SE folder. When I wiped that, started a game through steam, quit after starting and retried SSEEdit, it started right up.

Either edit your command line in the properties tab on the shortcut or in your mod manager.

 

Just remember to personalise your own pathways.

Para quem teve esse problema em 2024, e tem o skyrim anniversary edition da GOG, veja como eu fiz para resolver de forma simples: 

eu deletei todo o meu MO2 e ferramentas dado a um crash de fechar o jogo cada vez que eu sofria dano, e ao passar horas reinstalando tudo, quando fui limpar meu jogo com o quickclear do ssedit, não carregava os plugins e aparecia isso:

acontece que eu tinha todos os .ini nas pastas listadas a cima tudo corretamente, mas mesmo assim o ssedit não funcionava, ai eu copiei e colei essa ultima linha no meu diretorio C:\Users\lk19j\OneDrive\Documentos\My Games, e vi que a pasta Skyrim Special Edition tinha GOG no final, ou seja , era Skyrim Special Edition GOG, tudo que eu fiz foi apagar o GOG e funcionou.
