ItsFaulkenOMG
I just saw this new version of NMM and I downloaded if it is now working. No problems at all but where I experience problem is when activating a mod just downloaded via NMM. Here's a screenshot to prove what I'm saying: http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/8947/erroryl.png I can't seem to let any mod work with this problem occurring every time I'm activating a mod. Details of the problem are: System.Reflection. TargetInvocationException:Exception has been thrown by the target of aninvocation. --> System.ArgumentException:'Arial' does not support style 'Regular'.at System.Drawing.Font.CreateNativeFont()at System.Drawing.Font.Initialize(FontFamily family,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet, Boolean gdiVerticalFont)at System.Drawing.Font.Initialize(String familyName,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet, Boolean gdiVerticalFont)at System.Drawing.Font..ctor(String familyName,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet)at Script.InitializeOptionsForm()at Script.InitializeComponents()at Script.OnActivate()-- End of inner exception stack trace --atSystem.RuntimeMethodHandle._InvokeMethodFast(Object target, Object[] arguments, SignatureStruct&sig, MethodAttributes methodAttributes,Runtime TypeHandle typeOwner)atSystem.RuntimeMethodHandle._InvokeMethodFast(Object target, Object[] arguments, Signature sig,MethodAttributes methodAttributes,Runtime TypeHandle typeOwner)at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Binder binder,Object[]parameters, CultureInfo culture, BooleanskipVisibilityChecks)at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invokeAttr, Binder binder,Object[]parameters, CultureInfo culture)atNexus.Client.ModManagement.Scripting.CSharpScript.ScriptRunner.Execute(Byte[]p_bteScript) System.ArgumentException: Font 'Arial' does notsupport style 'Regular',at System.drawing.Font.CreateNativeFont()at System.drawing.Font.Initialize(FontFamily family,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet, Boolean gdiVerticalFont)at System.drawing.Font.Initialize(String family Name,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet, Boolean gdiVerticalFont)at System.drawing.Font.Initialize(String family Name,Single emSize, FontStyle style, GraphicsUnit unit,Byte gdiCharSet)at Script.InitializeOptionsForm()at Script.InitializeComponents()at Script.OnActivate() P.S. I may have mispelled some terms for the reason I have just manually copied it from the original error. I can't seem to copy and paste it here so please understand. Any help provided will be given the fastest reply from me for the time reasonable. Thanks and good luck fixing mine. Hope to see this topic resolved in a few hours-days. Thanks! messej
Was this problem ever solved? i've found TONS of posts reporting this problem but not any solutions yet. This post may be a little old, but it has the most detailed description of the problem that I've found so far -- so I'm posting here.
Ripaxe
I am having an issue in NMM, wherein I have download the Female Eyecandy mod, I activate the mod...but it doesn't show up in the plugins list, nor in the data menu in Oblivion opening / start-up menu. The mod appears to not be working at all. I have tried downloading the HGEC, but all that happens is, during activation of the mod, an error message comes up saying: "an exception has occurred in the script" or something like that. I am using Windows XP at the moment, I am using a non-steam disc installed version of the game, and have tried turning Archive Invalidation on and off... Oddly as it is though, most of any other mod works to my understanding, from companions to character idle animations...why is it that texture mods aren't working for my Oblivion? bigv32
Is this happening with all mods or just a select few when you download them? EDIT: Dud Ripaxe, this is (was) a dead thread. Look at the date of the last post before you lol. I would suggest starting you own thread so people are confused. Try to download manually and then repackage the mods with only what you want/need.

myobinfuken
what the f*** why has no one solved this okay found the answer this is from an old text i found on a forum next to this one by the use cat_222 so it goes like:I know this is an old thread but i recently found a solution that worked for me.>right click your shortcut or NMM.exe and go to properties>look for the tab at the top labeled securities>select your user account or whatever administrator account you are under, i.e [email protected]>click the edit button located under the box listing the user accounts>make sure all option are selected, from full control to special permissionsThis is from a windows 8 asus pc, also dont bother trying to change the permissions for the system it wont let you unless you know some 1337 hacker type stuff. lastly tho (this is me again) i closed and ran as administrator then activated the mod and it worked like normal. Hope this works for you. Edited May 24, 2018 by myobinfuken
