CTD in specific area. SpotlightScript.psc source?

ok, been getting a lot of CTDs but really just in a specific area; Back Bay. The area near Wilson Automatoys and the Dartmouth building where the raiders are. The spot it keeps crashing is when I use that yellow lift to go up to the roof and it crashes right when I get up to the roof. I know the Papyrus log is not really a crash log but every time this happens I see SpotlightScript.psc come up. Does anyone else have this problem? I also use NAC (Natural Atmospheric Commonwealth) and in that area the ambient light saturates kindof like NAC's radiation effect but I'm taking any Rads. I dont know if this is part of the problem but the log also lists 'NAC\CS.psc' before the crash. Again this is only happening in this specific area, even if I back up almost across the highway, the second I look in the direction of the roof, it crashes
