Can't Get JK's Skyrim Working

EDIT: I'm getting CTDs when entering Whiterun with JK's Skyrim installed. As soon as I uninstall the mod everything works fine. I've used LOOT, tried rearranging a few things myself, and I believe I have all the necessary patches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attempted to install JK's Whiterun by itself but ran into the same issue. I've also tried another city mod (Dawn of Skyrim) and had the same CTD upon entering Whiterun. Even tried disabling SFO and Realistic Water Two as I thought they might be the culprits but that didn't do anything. Nothing seems to work. :(
